 بإنجلترا يقدم لشاغلي المناصب التنفيذية مثل رؤساء الشركات وأعضاء مجالس الإدارة ، وذلك تدعيماً لإحدى أهم محاور خطة التطوير الخاصة بقطاع البترول والثروة المعدنية، وهو المحورالمعد لإحداث  الإصلاح الهيكلى  الشامل مركزاً في المقام الأول على تحسين وتطوير نظم ومعايير الحوكمة

وقد أكدت شركة مهارات الزيت والغاز ومجموعة ريسك أن هذا البرنامج يقدم لأول مرة داخل مصر على مختلف قطاعات الدولة حيث يعتبر قطاع البترول هو الرائد دائماً في تطبيق المعايير العالمية في كافة المجالات سواء الفنية أو الإدارية، وبدأت فاعليات البرنامج يوم 22 أبريل 2018 داخل احدى فنادق القاهره ولمدة ثلاث أيام بحضور أكثرمن 30 مشارك من أبرز قيادات قطاع البترول، وتتعهد الشركتان سوياً بتقديم سلسلة من البرامج الدولية والإستشارات الفنية لتلبية إحتياجات القطاع في العديد من المجالات الهامة ودعمه للوصول لتحقيق أهدافه.

وقالت الشركة إن مشروع تطوير وتحديث قطاع البترول الجارى تنفيذه حاليًا  برعاية وزير البترول والثروة المعدنية المهندس/ طارق الملا  يأتى بالتوازى مع خطط وبرامج الإصلاح والتطوير التي تتبناها الدولة على كافة المسارات وإنطلاقًا من مسئوليه قطاع البترول والثروة المعدنية في تنفيذ رؤى الإصلاح الإقتصادى والإجتماعى الجارية ودوره كلاعب أساسى في تنفيذ رؤية مصر 2030 .

OVERVIEW

After several global financial crises, the business world has realized the importance of good corporate governance and how current shortcomings in governance practices have led to excess financial and operational risks. To be certified the CCGO, in the last day of the program the candidate will be subject to a multiple-choice assessment of 50 questions during 90 minutes exam and case study with 50% passing degree.

Ahmed is a subject matter expert in Corporate Governance implementation, he is a Certified Corporate Governance Officer (CCGO), and he brings an experience of more than 15 years in corporate governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.

He was the head of Corporate Governance and Compliance in one of the large leading banking groups in the world. He is responsible for managing the implementation of corporate governance principles and regulations for the group’s subsidiaries and branches that are extending to more than 15 countries around the world.

He worked with EY Advisory practice for 10 years with a key focus on designing and implementing corporate governance framework, developing governance policies and procedures, operating models and compliance dashboards.

Worked with the IFC – World Bank on several initiatives related to raising the awareness of corporate governance around the world. He has an extensive experience in designing corporate governance solutions for regulators, stock exchanges, large banks, companies, NGOs and family businesses.

He designed Board effectiveness, assessment and development frameworks for several organizations, developed remuneration governance parameters and architected disclosure and transparency tools.

Has an extensive experience in corporate governance training and coaching, he is a speaker in several global events and seminars on GRC subjects (Governance, Risk and Compliance).
