This course was art crafted to discusses fundamental concepts, principles, and rules of company law, Legal research, and legal writing; Moreover, it provides you with the required knowledge and skills to be able to draft and prepare most common types of commercial contracts that gives you an overview of many basis for legal knowledge to provide and sharpen you with the required skills in your legal career path.

The program aims to prepare the trainee to practice the practical side of the law and how to apply it.

Course Content:

Contracts Drafting (Common Contract Parts, Pre-Contractual Phases, Post Contractual, International, and domestic contracts, Simple vs. Complex contracts, lease, franchise, SPAs, agency, distribution, etc.)
Company Law (Corporate Governance, types of Companies, drafting & Preparing (GA-EGA-BOD), required docs for the establishment.)
Legal Research (Legal Writing, Legal analysis, etc.…)
