OUR PURPOSE

The purpose of THE LEGAL WEB annual event is to connect the legal field in an atmosphere that facilitates learning, sharing knowledge, developing business relationships and making new friends and partners. Building on last year’s success –THE LEGAL WEB I 2016 – Bridging Gaps…. Connecting Generations- hosted by Smart Village Conference Center, this year THE LEGAL WEB II 2017 – under the slogan “LAW … & SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT” – will bring numerous significant developments on various fronts through hosting a number of activities aiming at empowering the legal society including In-House corporate lawyers, Lawyers, judges, Law firms, Law educators, Legal Counselors and Law school students..

The LEGAL WEB “II” ACTIVITIES

We believe that the legal field reform and development starts by enhancing the legal education. We also believe that all legal professionals are to be hold accountable for empowering the new generation by providing opportunities to enhance their skills, competencies and knowledge needed to access and master in the legal markets.RISC Legal Academy will host eight workshops, addressing the following areas;

In-House Corporate Lawyers

The recommendations received from THE LEGAL WEB I and the In-House corporate lawyers and law firms have enlightened us to reshape THE LEGAL WEB II, for it will host six round tables that address a number of legal areas of particular importance. With our partner Dale Carnegie, round tables will start by team building activities to facilitate networking and sharing of knowledge and experience. Afterwards, for four consecutive hours interrupted by a lunch break, In-House lawyers will have the opportunity to discuss and share knowledge regarding the particular area of interest under the direction and supervision of legal experts from law firms.

On the occasion of the Women Year 2017, and the celebration of the International Women Day, 8^thof march, and stemming from our belief that women empowerment is a major pillar towards achieving the goals of Egypt’s National Strategy for Sustainable Development “EGYPT VISION 2030”, and theUnited Nations Global Agenda for Sustainable Development “SDGs 2030” – goals five addressing gender equality –THE LEGAL WEB II this year will host five pioneer female legal experts to share their knowledge, experiences, and challenges along with innovations. Under the slogan ‘Yes You Can’, five Key figures from different legal background will be introduced to the legal society:
